Happy Teaser Tuesday everyone! Hope everyone is doing alright, and staying safe out there! Weather has been nice here, though I try not to talk about it to much because my Minnesota fam gets a little upset, Lol. No new Foster kittens yet but kitten season is coming so I don’t think it will be to long until I have some new friends here at the house. Forest the adult foster is doing fantastic! He is really thriving and he may be small but he is mighty and loves attacking the toys, even without any teeth. It is so fun seeing him come into his own.

Happy Teaser Tuesday everyone! Hope everyone is doing alright, and staying safe. Another busy one for me last week. With the surgeries and pick ups that needed to be done. Some great news was I had managed to help Susan and Murphy’s eyes heal enough that they got to keep them! Murphy can see some things, she is very impaired but she can see light and shadow in some ways, she can chase a nice high powered red dot, so very glad she got to keep her eyes. Her sister Susan got to keep her one good eye as well even though they were fairly sure she can’t see out of it. Their new Mom was SO happy, because it was something they didn’t have to go through and recover from. So off they went to their new home. Caesar and Cleo the other surgery kids, are staying here. Kitten room is all cleaned up and ready to go. Kitten season starts next month here.

Still reading Black Beauty to my kitty and doggy friends and hoping this week. It makes me so happy to read this one. I will always love it. To the teaser…

Happy Teaser Tuesday everyone! Hope everyone is doing alright, and staying safe. Did you have a long weekend? If so did you enjoy it? Hope so! Another busy week ahead for me. 2 kittens have gone to their new homes and 4 go in for surgery on Wens this week. Another 4 days volunteering for me as well. I love my time spent volunteering it is so rewarding, I have been reading stories to some of the dogs in the kennels to help calm them some. It seems to help.

 

Which leads me to another childhood favorite as my book this week because I started reading it in the kennels end of last week.

The Royal Mages is a heck of a great series! You get thrown into the deep end along with the heroine almost from the very beginning, which for me personally is something I enjoy when I am reading a book series. I want to feel invested and want the action right away, and all three books in this series hit the ground running and give that action fix I want. Danielle is a human, nothing wrong with that unless you are a Prince of Warlocks and have to follow all the rules that come with it like Marick.
The passion between these two is steamy, and has to work to overcome the issues of being from two different worlds. To her credit in my mind Danielle handles finding out about magic and the rules of that realm pretty well. I can’t say that I would have handled it nearly as well as her if I was part of the book. I am not going to give away any of the best parts of this series. Let me say however, that if you like steamy romance and magic this series will tick all of your boxes for sure. Do not miss out only complaint, I wish each one was a little bit longer but then again maybe I am being greedy.

Happy Teaser Tuesday everyone! Hope everyone is doing alright, and staying safe. Whew another busy week this last one for me. Volunteering at PACC is so rewarding but also tiring for me. Especially when I am also battling my fibro. It is okay though I enjoy the work. Yesterday Molly and Dresden had their spay surgeries and it all went perfectly. So in a few days they will be off to their new homes. So happy for them. Murphy and Susan have been rescheduled for their surgeries as well. 2/17 will be their big day mulligan.

Well per last week Ms. Susan and Murphy were supposed to have special surgery, but per their URI’s that came back they didn’t. They are fine otherwise and after just a few days antibotics are raising all sorts of mayhem, lol. So they will get rescheduled soon. In the mean time we have fun playing still, they have been hunting the dot a lot lol.

Happy Teaser Tuesday everyone! Hope everyone is doing alright, and staying safe. I have not made it very far into my book from last week because I jumped feet first into a new volunteer position that was created for the foster support team. So now I am a foster and foster support team. I chose to help out 4 days a week. My fibro is not happy about it, which is why I haven’t gotten much reading done, but it is rewarding work and its only for 4 hours a day, so me and Fibro will have to come to an understanding. So far I have helped 8 animals get fostered or adopted, so woot.
