Happy Teaser Tuesday everyone! Another week and here it is almost July! I am honestly happy this year is moving by at a decent pace (feels like it anyways). I think we can all use a fresh sweep after the way 2020 has been hitting us. My week started off pretty well. Monday dinner was a test at making a sandwich only described in the Dresden files. Happy Teaser Tuesday everyone! Thanks for the lovely comments about the big Afghan projects last week. Once I am able to snap some shots of the blankets. I will. I got them both mostly finished but need to finish weaving in ends and little details like that. Also need to decide how I am going to take pictures of such massive blankets, lol. Hope everyones week has started off well, can’t complain about mine so far. Although the fires here are worrisome, I am well out of their path though. Happy Teaser Tuesday everyone! What a difference a week makes, I would say events are pretty intense right now. I hope that all of you are safe from  harm. I may live in AZ now but I am a born and raised MN girl and grew up directly in one of the highest hit riot areas in St.Paul. My Mom still lives only about 10 mins away from that area and I have many friends nearby. All are okay, thankfully. AZ has been hit with riots as well mostly in Phoenix, the Gov. put us under a week long 8pm curfew order, so that has been interesting.

Most of all I feel the need to say, I truly hope this time we start to see some much needed REAL change in this country. It never should have gotten this far. Where police officers sworn to protect and serve, felt comfortable enough to murder a man in broad daylight in front of bystanders while being filmed, and knowing they were being filmed. I stand with George Floyd and all the other POC who have come before him. I strive everyday to use my white privilege for good, and will continue to do so, because Black Lives Matter.

Stepping away from the very serious issues now to bring you this weeks Teaser.

Happy Teaser Tuesday everyone! I hope you had a good holiday weekend. Memorial day is always fairly quiet for me, pay respects to our soldiers etc. I did get my crojo (crochet mojo) back after a couple of days off from it, so that’s good. Played around with the sewing machine a lot and whipped up a bunch of things. I admit I didn’t read much (bad of me I know), but I am resolved to finish The Widow of Windsor this week.
