Teaser Tuesday Time

Welcome to Teaser Tuesday, the weekly Meme that wants you to add books to your TBR! You can also just share what you are currently reading. We make it very easy to play along, it is as easy as 1, 2, 3!

1: Grab your current read
2: Open to a random page
3: Share two (2) “teaser” sentences from somewhere on that page

• BE CAREFUL NOT TO INCLUDE SPOILERS! (make sure that what you share doesn’t give too much away! You don’t want to ruin the book for others!)
• Share the title & author, too, so that other TT participants can add the book to their TBR Lists if they like your teasers! Everyone loves Teaser Tuesday.

Ambrosia’s little note:

Happy Teaser Tuesday everyone! Here we are with another crazy week behind us in 2020. Sometimes it feels like we are on a soap opera here lately. At least things here in my home have been pretty relaxed. I am almost finished with a huge afghan crochet project I have been working on. I love the pattern, but I am honestly kinda ready to be done with this one, lol. Anyone else feel that way about things sometimes? Here we go with the Teaser…

“ Lunch ended and no one had even gotten their food. I managed to get everyone to go directly to our meeting room without passing the Sand and Sea building. I didn’t want them to see the yellow tape around it, or realize they couldn’t go to their rooms.” ~ Yarn to go by Betty Hechtman

  1. Your teaser lines sound ominous, however the book sounds really good, as I too love collecting knitting wool almost as much as I do books!

The lines and book choice also tie in nicely with your comments about the Afghan throw!

My teaser lines this week are taken from ‘Relative Fortunes’ by Marlowe Benn. Definite Agatha Christie undertones here!
