Welcome to Teaser Tuesday, the weekly Meme that wants you to add books to your TBR! You can also just share what you are currently reading. We make it very easy to play along, it is as easy as 1, 2, 3!
1: Grab your current read
2: Open to a random page
3: Share two (2) “teaser” sentences from somewhere on that page
• BE CAREFUL NOT TO INCLUDE SPOILERS! (make sure that what you share doesn’t give too much away! You don’t want to ruin the book for others!)
• Share the title & author, too, so that other TT participants can add the book to their TBR Lists if they like your teasers! Everyone loves Teaser Tuesday.
Ambrosia’s little note:
Happy Teaser Tuesday everyone! I hope everyone’s week started off ok. One of the mountains here is on fire due to lightning strike. At this point I don’t think I would be surprised to see a T-rex when I looked out my window. In a bright side moment, I am almost done with the second of two massive afghans. Onto the Teaser…
“Life was theater, and impressions one made on spectators were what counted. Public leaders had to become actors or characters, masters of masquerade.” ~ Revolutionary Characters: What made the Founders different by George S. Wood

Here’s my Tuesday Post
Great teaser lines, good to see that some things haven’t changed with politicians. God forbid they should do what is right for the people, rather than what will win them the next election!
My teaser lines this week come from an emotional and soul searching book, very character driven.
‘Someone Else’s daughter’ by Jennifer Harvey
Thanks for hosting and good luck with finishing the Afghans 🙂
