Musing Monday is hosted over at Should Be Reading.

Musing Mondays asks you to muse about one of the following each week…

• Describe one of your reading habits.
• Tell us what book(s) you recently bought for yourself or someone else, and why you chose that/those book(s).
• Tell us what you’re reading right now — what you think of it, so far; why you chose it; what you are (or, aren’t) enjoying it.

One of my reading habits is that I simply MUST have a drink with me when I read. I may not even drink from it but for some reason I really need it to be with me and within distance when I read. No matter where I read I must have the drink with me. When I go on trips via plane or anything else my friends always have a laugh at me because I will purposely buy a drink before I can sit and happily read. I know it is a little weird, but that is my habit. So what’s yours?

  1. That’s an interesting habit. I drink copious amounts of coffee while reading. Here’s one of my habits: http://daystarz.wordpress.com/2013/01/07/musing-mondays-3/

  2. I do like to have coffee or tea, or at least water, when I read. Sometimes even a snack, but only one that doesn’t require utensils…lol
