Happy Teaser Tuesday everyone! Hope everyone is doing alright, and staying safe out there! Hopefully WordPress doesn’t have any issues publishing today. Sorry about that again from last week. Today is my 38th Birthday and I actually feel pretty good about it overall. Been on a journey of health since last year and it has seen me down 66lbs so far, 24 to go. My fibro flares are still a pain in the neck, but they don’t last as long and are overall more manageable. My goal for the coming year in terms of my fibro is to be off most of my pharmaceutical  medication and managing through more natural means. I know my fibro won’t ever go away, but between the pain having kept me less active and the medications thats what caused me to gain the weight I did and that wasn’t good for me. Here is to another time around the sun!
