Welcome to Teaser Tuesday, the weekly Meme that wants you to add books to your TBR! You can also just share what you are currently reading. We make it very easy to play along, it is as easy as 1, 2, 3!
1: Grab your current read
2: Open to a random page
3: Share two (2) “teaser” sentences from somewhere on that page
• BE CAREFUL NOT TO INCLUDE SPOILERS! (make sure that what you share doesn’t give too much away! You don’t want to ruin the book for others!)
• Share the title & author, too, so that other TT participants can add the book to their TBR Lists if they like your teasers! Everyone loves Teaser Tuesday.
Ambrosia’s little note:
Happy Teaser Tuesday everyone! I hope everyone is doing well this week. I am sorry that I missed last week. Honestly my schedule is so tossed off right now and last week I was not feeling well. Don’t worry its allergies and fibro to blame not the Covid virus. Alas my brain just had a giant fart and I missed Tuesday all together. I still had not selected a book anyways, haha. Sorry. This week though I have, so here comes the Teaser…
“There comes a point when you just love someone. Not because they’re good, or bad, or anything really. You just love them. It doesn’t mean you’ll be together forever, doesn’t mean you won’t hurt each other. It just mean you love them. Sometimes in spite of who they are, and sometimes because of who they are. And you know that they love you, sometimes because of who you are, and sometimes in spite of it.” ~ Incubus Dreams (Anita Blake, Vampire Hunter #12) by Laurell K. Hamilton

I enjoyed the teaser. And then I saw the author was one I’ve read several books from, so no surprise 😉 Enjoy! Hope you feel better and have more good days than not!

Yeah, everything is a bit out of wack right now! Hope you’re doing better this week! And while I’ve never been in love, that sounds like an interesting point, where you are, though it doesn’t mean everything is hunky dory! Here’s my teaser from A Stroke of Malice by Anna Lee Huber: https://writingcrazyme.blogspot.com/2020/04/teaser-tuesday-469-april-7th.html
