Welcome to Teaser Tuesday, the weekly Meme that wants you to add books to your TBR, or just share what you are currently reading. It is very easy to play along:
• Grab your current read
• Open to a random page
• Share two (2) “teaser” sentences from somewhere on that page
• BE CAREFUL NOT TO INCLUDE SPOILERS! (make sure that what you share doesn’t give too much away! You don’t want to ruin the book for others!)
• Share the title & author, too, so that other TT participants can add the book to their TBR Lists if they like your teasers! Everyone loves Teaser Tuesday.
Just finishing this one up now. It is a good one and I think everyone should read it, especially for anyone who is enjoying the show based on it now, New Amsterdam.
“Okay. Bring it on.” His wife attaches the syringe to the plastic outlet on the tube that dangles from just above his belly button—her first time feeding him, and pours in the Ensure. He holds her hand as the liquid goes in. “Good,” I say. “You’ll both have to learn how to do the feedings and look after the equipment. It’s not hard. You’ll get the hang of it. Small amounts six times a day and slow feeds overnight by the pump. That’s it.”
― Eric Manheimer, Twelve Patients: Life and Death at Bellevue Hospital
Intriguing teaser. Not sure I heard of this book! Hope you enjoy the rest!
Here’s my Tuesday Post
I’m playing today at Beth Fish Reads.
Interesting. Here’s mine: “UNDER MY SKIN”
I like medical stuff.
Mine this week is from the Queen of Suspense https://wp.me/p3Nz8P-2L4
I don’t know that this one would appeal to me. I don’t really handle medical stuff that well. Which is odd, since I can read horror blood and gore stuff just fine. Isn’t that weird?
Here’s my teaser for the week: https://lifewithnoplot.wordpress.com/2018/10/23/teaser-tuesday-10-23-18/
I love New Amsterdam. Great show.
Here’s my TT:

Haven’t heard of this book or show – interesting. Here’s my Teaser, from Shelter of the Most High – http://bit.ly/2q9olad
I know there could be worse things. But… *shudder*
Mine: http://www.aliceaudrey.com/?p=16322
Hope you are enjoying the book.
Here’s my teaser
This doesn’t sound like one for me. I hope you enjoy it. This week I am featuring Wolf Rising by Paige Dixon. Happy reading!
Not one for me I’m afraid. I saw my father having to care for my mother like this, for year after year, before her eventual passing. As someone else commented – not a fate you would wish on your worst enemy!
My ‘teaser’ lines this week, are taken from ‘The Artisan Heart’ by Dean Mayes…

Hm… brings back too many dark memories – so I won’t be reading this one… Thank you for sharing though, Ambrosia:).
My TT this week is all about drama aboard space ships… https://sjhigbee.wordpress.com/2018/10/23/teaser-tuesday-23rd-october-2018-brainfluffbookblog-teasertuesday/
This is so sad…. However, it’s a tribute to all of those unsung heroes (and heroines) who tirelessly take care of their loved ones until the inevitable comes to pass…. So it’s a book that needs to be out there, even if I might not read it myself. Thanks for sharing! <3 🙂

Ok, sounds like a small step towards the rest of their lives, what with all the medical stuff! Great teaser! Here’s mine from Kingdom of Ash by Sarah J. Maas:
